EAGLE COURT OF HONOR FLAG PRESENTATION REQUEST FORM

Portland Elks Lodge #142 of The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (BPOE) is pleased to present an American Flag that has flown over our nation's Capital and a Plaque at the Eagle Court of Honor for all new Eagle Scouts in our area.  If you wish us to make a presentation at your Eagle Court of Honor, please fill out the on-line request form below.
